Danny’s Pasta is a year-round market essential! A pack of his fresh pasta with some local olive oil and some seasonal vegetables and herbs and you have a darn good meal!

Danny learnt the art of pasta making when he found himself in the same kitchen as Italian chef Pablo Pancotti. He taught Danny everything he knows today! Try his freshly made authentic pasta – so much better! He also makes gluten free and egg free pasta, so everyone’s catered for!

Danny’s tip for cooking perfect pasta is not to overcook it, cook in a large pot with rock salt until al dente!
