A small family owned and operated artisan bakery supplying quality sourdough breads, pastries, cakes and tarts to the people of Hawke’s Bay.  

Established in 2016 at the Napier Urban Farmers Market with the prime focus being on making bread the old fashion way such as long ferment sourdoughs made with just flour, water and salt, yeasted breads and all butter pastries.
