Aquiferra Olive OIl

Aquiferra Extra Virgin Olive oil, if you hadn’t guessed the name comes from their geography. Located above the ancient Ngaruroro river, the water that hydrates their olive grove comes from the Heretaunga aquifer (aqui). While ‘terra’ is Latin for earth!

The business was named with care and intention just as their olives are treated. Aquiferra produce a range of olive oils, flavoured, EVOO, a blended oil as well as preserved olives. The oils can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, although the current pic is lemon and fennel, it’s a beautiful addition to a spring salad dressing!
