Op’s Kitchen

Op’s Kitchen all started where most good food businesses do, at home. Op had emigrated to NZ eight years prior (after what was meant to be a 6 month holiday). Craving the Asian street food she grew up on, she began inviting friends over to try her homemade dumplings. Now you can find Op at the Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market weekly or in Havelock North at her newly opened shop.

Op uses fresh local vegetables, meat and herbs, often sourcing ingredients from other stall holders at the market! Locals supporting locals! Op has a great range of dumplings available, you have to try them all (especially the chicken momo).
