New to Hawke’s Bay Farmers’ Market in May 2021 is Andy from Urban Smokery.
Originally a chef by trade working at some of London and Hawke’s Bay’s top restaurants, Andy’s passion for hunting and fishing combined with his favoured style of paddock to plate cooking brought about the quest for perfecting the best hot smoked fish recipes.
Each Sunday Andy has locally caught white fish and South Island Salmon, all smoked to perfection, either plain or flavoured, plus a range of delicious smoked fish dips. Come and test the recipes for yourself!
