Telegraph Hill came from modest beginnings, owner Geoff Crawford was tired of mediocre super market olives so decided to preserve his own, planting olives on the hills surrounding Hawkes Bay in 2001.
Since starting out, they have been producing award winning olives, olive oil and hand crafting condiments, sauces and drizzles which are Gluten Free and taste amazing!
Turmeric and Black Pepper Drizzle pairs well with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Bacon. Wasabi Vinaigrette is the perfect partner for Salmon and you can’t go wrong with using Extra Virgin Olive Oil in an Italian Lemon Olive Oil Cake. You can find recipes using their products on their website.
