Napier Urban Farmers’ Market – Temporary Location Update
From Saturday 14 February until November 2026, the Napier Urban Farmers’ Market will operate from a temporary location on Herschell Street, next to Napier Library and MTG Hawke’s Bay.
This move is necessary due to Napier City Council construction works taking place around Clive Square and Memorial Square. The project includes upgrading water infrastructure and improving the surrounding streetscape. These upgrades will make the area safer, more resilient, accessible, and welcoming for the future.
During this time, the market will continue to operate as usual every Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm, with the same local growers, makers, and producers you know and support.
The Herschell Street site is approximately an eight-minute walk from Clive Square, with parking available in the Herschell Street car park.
