Aurum is Latin for gold and that’s what they work with, black caffeinated gold. Aurums roastery is in Hastings, there they roast five blends, at the market they work with ‘White Gold’. But you’ll have to head to their café to try owner Chels favourite blend, Au, a nutty sweet creamy coffee.
Chel took over Aurum eight year ago and is at the market every week, “there is a great network of people and you can beat that summer vibe!”.
