After 20 beautiful years of making sauce and catering in Wellington, Hoot Sauce has followed the sun up to Hawke’s Bay and are excited to be here! They are passionate about making quality artisan products with whole food ingredients. Now locally made in Heretaunga street Hastings by the second generation sauce maker Rhett Hornblow.

Hoot sauce produces Manuka smoked chilli products created to be the secret ingredient for every meal. Whether you’re adding it at the start or the end, in the mix or on the side, Hoot makes your food tastier by bringing that big-time umami, a bit of warmth and a naturally smokey flavour. Hoot will be selling their tasty ready made meals cooked fresh every week ready to take home and allow you a night off cooking. Meals will be inspired by the region’s amazing produce, changing with the seasons, providing fresh nutritious meal options for the whole family.
